IMA did an incredibly good job, there’s not many companies which you can say they did absolutely everything perfectly well. They worked so swiftly, efficiently and would even call to say that they are going to change our mortgage for the one with the lower rate, as it was getting lower on a daily/weekly basis. We have been using Liane at the Hemel Hempstead IMA 2009. In that time she has seen us through mortgages, remortgaged, buy to let and equity release. In absolutely every case she has been kind, professional and above all, made it absolutely clear that her philosophy is that the best way to do business is to put the customer first. She will never push anything which is not right for the circumstances or a good deal and has sent us away without a ‘sale’ when she could not better the deal we were already on. As a result we have been back time and again and will always make her our first port of call for any advice.
