Liane Wade
Director
Liane has enjoyed a successful career in financial services spanning over 30 years. It all began at Lloyds Bank when she just 16, she moved up the ranks prior to joining IMAB in 2004. Liane was originally based in Watford before moving in 2007 to manage IMAB in Hemel Hempstead. In 2009, Liane bought into the IMAB Franchise and in 2014 came out of the franchise and rebranded to Independent Mortgage Associates. In 2023 we rebranded again to IMA Mortgages & Protection, purely as our regulator, the FCA, no longer likes a company to have Independent in their name.
Liane is fully CeMAP qualified and holds the Institute of Financial Services Certificate in Regulated Equity Release (CeRER). Liane is an expert in all aspects of mortgages and, in addition to this, has experienced almost every scenario over the years.
