A Will gives you the authority to determine the fate of your finances, property, and assets after your passing. In the absence of a Will, your possessions may not be distributed according to your wishes.

Lasting Power of Attorney

A Lasting Power of Attorney lets you appoint someone to make decisions on your behalf. It’s normally used when someone is unable to make their own decisions.
